1. How do I order? For Local Orders you may place orders by using the contact us page or by emailing us at sweetflourpots@gmail.com ; this will avoid the shipping charges automatically calculating. Please include your email address so that we may invoice you. For out of state/area customers simply checkout through the menu page.
2. Do you deliver ? Yes, we are a delivery based company and deliver for free within a 15 mile radius of our home base. There is a 7 dollar fee for surrrounding areas. There may be an additional fee for deliveries greater than 25 miles. If you would like to arrange a meeting place to avoid a delivery charge we will be happy to set that up as well.
3. Is there a minimum order for delivery? There is a minimum on specialty orders of one dozen cupcakes or cakepops.
4. Can I mix my order? You may choose to order all 12 in 1 flavor OR choose 2 of your favorites;
6 each of 2 different flavors. For groupon orders you may choose 1 flavor per dozen as listed on the Groupon. Any additional flavors will be an additional 2.95

7. How far in advance should I order? We make all of our cupcakes from scratch each day and deliver them fresh. We must have your order in advance to work it into our schedule.
8.I have allergies, I am a vegan, and don’t eat glutent Is there a treat for me? Contact us with your special request and we will see how we can accomodate you. Also, If you have a nut or fruit allergy please specify when placing your orders.
9. How should I store my sweet treats? Cake pops may be stored in the refrigerator for up to seven days although they are best immediately; if you choose to refrigerate cake pops please keep them refrigerated until you plan on consuming. Cupcakes in a jar will last up to 7 days refrigerated. Banana pudding is best eaten immediately but may be refregirated for up to 3 days.Cupcakes are best eaten the day that they are made!! Please do not refrigerate them as this will quickly dry them out. Store them in an airtight container on your counter for 1-2 days or freeze them if they won't be eaten right away. Take them out to thaw several hours before consuming!
